Enrollment Contracts

Enrollment contracts is the section where you can store your admissions contracts.


Adding contracts is important step in the process. You can fully automate the process by adding contracts and providing them to the parents for digital signature.



You can view the existing contracts and add new ones from the menu. 


Add Contract


To add admissions contract, click +Add button on the left side of the panel.



After filing the required sections, click Save to add and move on to Contract Settings.


Contract Settings


To change the contract settings and design, click on Actions and Contract Settings



Click Save when the selections are complete.


Contract Items


You can add items to your contracts by clicking Actions and Contract Items



When completed selecting the items, click Save. 


SmartClass will automatically push the Enrollment Contract to the enrollment module and it can be used immediately.
